HZG1.0-6 new energy saving small Revolving Rotary Cylinder Drum Dryer for the Industry of Food
Introduction
Wet material is loaded from one head of dryer, and then it is stirred by the bafflers that is uniformly distributed in the barrel. Material is uniformly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, contact the hot air of parallel (or counter) flow fully, so the drying process is expedited, and the impulsion power of media transfer is enhanced. During the drying process, material is under the effect of angled baffler and hot air, moves to discharge valve with star shape on the other section of dryer controllable, the finished products were discharged.
Work Principle
HZG type rotary dryer is kind of drying equipment that continuous and mass transaction quantity. It consist of heat power, feeding device, rotary drum, driving device, discharge and dust catcher.
This dryer have a big capability so that it can be used in various situation, fluid resistance is small, admissibility wide scope to operation and easy to control, humidity of feed is less than 1% after drying.
